The Red Pyramid: Book Review!

In this exciting book by Best-selling author, Rick Riodan, two totally different siblings, living in totally different areas, are brought together, Which wouldn't be so bad right? Wrong. Their dad accidentally unleashes five Egyptian gods and goddesses, one of which is truly evil, Set. Oh, and their dad got sucked into the floor, so now it's up to Carter and Sadie Kane to learn to use their magic to save themselves, their dad, and possibly, the world from an evil magic: from Set, and they don't have much time. Can 12 and 14 year old Sadie and Carter manage all of that? Find out in the first book of The Kane Chronicles, The Red Pyramid.

Book Review: The Unicorn Chronicles by Bruce Coville!
The Unicorn Chronicles are awesome! I've only read one of the books yet though, so...I guess I'll review the one I've read: The first book in the series, Into the Land of the Unicorns.
Okay, this book is about a girl named Cara, and her journey to and in Luster, the land of the Unicorns. Learn how and why the Unicorns traveled to Luster from Earth, and get spellbinded by Cara's journey. It reveals many secrets along the way, so I don't want to say too much, but it is one of my favorite books. I recommend it fully to anyone who loves a good adventure.Oh yeah, and one of my favorite quotes is from this book! xD

Music Review!: Jennette McCurdy!

Now, I think most of you know about iCarly, right? Well, ya know Sam? Carly's friend? The actress who plays her is *Drum roll please* Jennette McCurdy! Now, most people didn't even know she ever sang anything, ever until iParty with Victorious, but I knew before that. She is the best singer EVER! I honestly don't know why Miranda Cosgrove (Carly) is the one who's singing
and not Jennette (Sam)!!!Don't believe me? See for yourself!
Here's some of her music!

Music review!: Taylor Swift: Speak Now (Deluxe Target edition)

Okay, so I'll admit it. I thought the Target version was just remixes, and I thought it wasn't worth it. I also thought you could download it on amazon. Well, I was wrong. It has three songs you can't get anywhere else (Ours, Superman, If this was a movie)! I love those songs....so, yeah. It's on sale right now! ;)
Oh, yeah, I'm Taylor Swift obsessed!

First Movie Review: Matilda

Hey, hi, hello! Sorry its been a while, I went to Disneyland...and to a friend's house...so...yeah. Okay, our next post is going to be: DunDunDaDaaa! A movie review! Okay, now:
Matilda is the story (originally written by Roald Dahl) of a girl who's parents are a bit...well, Insane, in a bad way, of course. Their adopted daughter, Matilda, was seen as a pain in their house. She was differant from them, very, very, differant from them. She liked books, in fact, she liked them so much, that, when her parents refused to get her a book to read, for there were none in the house, she went in search of a library. When she found one, she read all of the childrens books in the first few weeks, so then she started reading all the rest. But that wasn't the only thing differant about Matilda, she had telekinetic powers.
I'll leave you find out the rest of the story, but here is what I think of it: Great family film, funny, and very interesting, there are no boring parts. I like this movie very much and recommend it for people ages 4+ (which, for me, means 4 to infinity) :D
Hope you liked my review, thanks for reading!

Book Review: Fablehaven
SO...I've read the first book of this five-book series, and I...FREAKING LOVED IT!!!! So...I'm reading the second one right now, and I wanted to write a review on the first one. Fablehaven is an adventure that moves you, like your right there, and there is never a dull or uninteresting moment, yet, at the same time, its not fully action packed to the point where it doesn't seem real. Seth and her older sister, Kendra, have to stay with their grandparents who, are kind-of hermits, and almost never visit with the family. Kendra and Seth aren't very thrilled, in fact, they're a bit afraid, but, because their parents were going on a cruise, on which they could not come, nor did they really want to, they had little choice. But, what Kendra and Seth did not know, is why their grandparents almost never left their home, and it is nothing ordinary at all. I'd tell you what it is, and so will the back of the book, but, I think it's way better if left a surprise, I didn't read the back, and I was shocked when I found out. This is my ULTIMATE favorite book and I recommend it to kids about 10 or 11 and up, only because its pretty big and, you know, the reading level.Thank you for reading ;)

Book Review: Brigitta of the White Forest
Brigitta of the White Forest is an amazing book by author Danika Dinsmore. When everyone in The White Forest gets turned to stone except for two fairy sisters, not to mention right before the magical hour-glass needs to be turned to keep evil and dangerous creatures out of their home, Brigitta and her little sister Himellette must embark on a miraculous journey to try and set things straight again. Can Brigitta find somebody who has not been affected by the mysterious change before the sand in the hour glass runs out while at the same time take care of her little sister? Find out in Brigitta of the White Forest. I recommend it for just about everyone, for kids who are little, Its a great story to read aloud, for reading alone, I think kids eight or nine years through adult-hood would just love it, if they like fantasy, of course, and fairies. The only reason I say eight or nine years is because its a fairly big book and, unless you are excelling like, mega, in reading for your age, I'd say it'd be a lot easier to read for an eight year old then a six year old (no offense to the six year olds, though!). Its honestly one of the best books I've read (and trust me, I've read A LOT of books, and, just so you know, I'm not planning on stopping...ever!). Go Danika Dinsmore and the Brigitta of the White Forest! (Guess what? A sequel is on the way too!)To check it out on Amazon: Click Here!
